How does it work?
This project must start with an initial consultation to determine if we are the right fit for your project needs. During the initial consultation, we’ll discuss your goals for the space, as well as Below are the major milestones of this process after the initial consultation:
The Kick Off Meeting: We return to the space and kick off the project by holding a brainstorming session - discussing features and inspiration to help inform the project. We’ll also spend time collecting measurements of the space.
The Trades: Our second major step in this process is to schedule times for trades to come to your home and quote the project. We’ll try as best we can to have all of the trades come on one day to minimize the scheduling impact. Note: We have a list of recommended vendors, but can also bring in vendors of your choosing.
The Presentation: We’ll present to you a comprehensive design plan for your space, including budget summaries, material selection, quotes for trade work, list of products, color scheme, and a conceptual design board to cohesively and accurately represent your project. We built in one round of revisions as part of this plan to reflect your requested changes after the presentation.
The Deliverables: After we complete any revisions, we’ll send you a final copy of your design plan. You’ll have a comprehensive list of everything you need to execute the project, including a list of exact materials (tile, flooring, countertops, cabinet finishes, hardware, fixture), quotes from trades, all products to purchase, a conceptual design board, and our advice and guidance on how to best ensure success.
At this point, you can decide to execute your project on your own, or talk to us about upgrading your plan to have us execute the project.
